Zdravím , mám nasledovný problém . Motor 1.9 dci 375000 km , postupne stratil výkon, nejde do otáčok, max 3000, dymí...ofukuje v cykloch . Nový EGR , filtre, váha vzduchu, prekontrolovane hadice aj podtlak . Po zasunutí karty počuť bzučanie z regulátora tlaku paliva na čerpadle . Výmena za nový nepomohla . Napatia na prívodoch 12V a druhý c.a. 9V napatie "chlpaté" so spičkami, so snahou o regulaciu pri bežiacom motore . Preto ten zvuk z cievky. Ako keby iskril kontakt na rele , alebo ? Diagnostika ukazuje tlak paliva na rampe max. 500 na plny plyn. Vychadza mi z toho jednoznačne nedostatok nafty na rampe. Rele som ešte zatial nenašiel , skusim premerať.
Káble do EGR som opravoval c.a. pred 3 rokmi , myslím ze tam by nemala byt chyba.

Ešte doplním , regulovaná dodávka paliva poskakuje medzi hodnotami 2000 - 25000 mm3/s a viac , ale to je asi dôsledok regulácie na čerpadle. Podozrievam chybu v elektrike , niekde špatná kostra? Teraz mi už diagnostika pyren nedetekuje ani UCH , ABS, Parkovaciu brzdu, klimu, airgbag, zdochol CAN bus K line? Pristrojovy panel neukazuje žiadnu chybu a všetko funguje okrem toho vstrekovania resp dodávky paliva. Ak niekto vie pomôcť v okolí BA budem velmi vďačný.

Tak podla manualu tam nieje rele , zajtra premeram , skusim ten test...ale mne to vibruje stale, hned po zasunuti karty.
Check the fuel pressure sensor connections.
Check the fuel pressure solenoid valve connections.
Check the engine management computer connections.
Repair if necessary.
Check for + 12 V after relay feed on track 1 of the fuel pressure solenoid valve.
Check the insulation, continuity and the absence of interference resistance on the connections between:
Engine management computer, connector B
track L1
track 2 fuel pressure solenoid valve connector
Engine management computer, connector B
track C3
track 2 of the diesel fuel pressure sensor
connector
Use command AC035 Fuel pressure solenoid valve. You should be able to feel vibrations on the fuel pressure
solenoid valve. If not, go to step 1 of interpretation of command AC035.
With the vehicle ignition on, and engine stopped for over 1 minute:
– Display PR038 Rail pressure.
– If the value is below 30 bar, the sensor is in order.
– If not replace the diesel pressure sensor.
Check the fuel pressure sensor connections.
Check the fuel pressure solenoid valve connections.
Check the engine management computer connections.
Repair if necessary.

Len pre info, kable premerane , +12V za rele aj kostra OK , AC035 povel zacvakal s ventilom ale stale bzuci. Otvorim RJ vstrekovania .
